Our stay was delightful! The views of the harbor from our collection room were stunning. Despite initial check-in confusion, staff promptly addressed concerns. Don’t miss the rooftop bar for sunset cocktails! For a quieter room, request one away from the road.

The rooftop bar offers stunning views over the city, making for an unforgettable dining experience. Breakfast has a wide selection, catering to various tastes and featuring a complimentary glass of prosecco to start the day right.

We encountered a snag with parking, receiving a fine while waiting to check in, as the hotel does not provide its own parking space. Furthermore, communication regarding additional parking fees was lacking, only revealed at checkout, which leaves room for improvement. During breakfast, we faced overcrowding on a busy Sunday morning, with long queues and limited table availability, though Monday morning was a much needed contrast. Lastly, the undetermined water temperature in the shower presented an inconvenience, detracting slightly from the overall comfort I expected from the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay! The room was spacious and had beautiful views. The breakfast was simply exceptional, with a variety of delicious options. I'd definitely return!

We had such a wonderful stay with our two young teenagers! The hotel provided us with complimentary access to the relaxation area, which was a hit. The breakfast buffet had a fantastic variety, and we enjoyed the cozy family room with a beautiful view over the old town.

My kids wished there were more activities available for teenagers. It would be great to have some organized family-friendly events.

Had an absolutely fantastic stay, the service was top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, it had a great variety of delicious options.

However, the room temperature was non-adjustable, leading to discomfort during the night. A heater was provided upon request, but it disrupted the overall experience. The spa area offered a relaxing environment, although it could get a bit crowded at times.

the radisson is a beautiful, modern hotel with a great location. the views from the top floor are stunning! we really enjoyed the pool and sauna, which were complimentary. the food at the issei restaurant was delicious, and breakfast had free additional options.

Had an awesome trip with friends! We loved hanging out in the relaxation area on the 4th floor and checking out the beautiful terrace. The staff were friendly and super helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Definitely recommend the breakfast buffet. it had a great selection!

One downside was the food in the restaurant. It was good but not fantastic. For a place that’s supposed to be five stars, I expected more from the menu.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, all well-prepared and fresh. Our room had a stunning view of the port, making it a delight to wake up each morning.

The location was great, but parking options could be improved.

The breakfast was seriously epic, with a buffet and sweet a-la-carte options that blew my mind! The rooftop bar was the cherry on top, serving up stunning views and killer cocktails. Plus, the Junior Suite with the private fitness area was a game changer for my stay.

I got hit with a hefty room service charge, which felt totally off. Also, the spa was amazing but packed with kids, making it tough to unwind. maybe designate some adult-only hours?
