    Exceptionally clean, 1st class hotel with highly professional and extraordinary service-minded staff with amazing services from all staff. Location next to center and historical centre. Also, reasonably close to walk to old town for sightseeing.

    Such a fairly nice stay for a business trip. Brand-new hotel in a safe area adjacent to tram or bus, good and airport. Efficient check in and late check out. The sauna was a nice extra touch too.

    We had a room with a view of the city. Check in was quick. Rooms were well equipped, modern and clean. Air conditioning is ok. Breakfast room was crowded (high season). Bar on the roof is fantastic, but better to make reservations. Friendly staff.

    The spa facilities were amazing 😍 I loved the relaxing atmosphere and indoor pool. Just a bit crowded at breakfast, but overall a lovely stay.

    We encountered a snag with parking, receiving a fine while waiting to check in, as the hotel does not provide its own parking space. Communication regarding additional parking fees was lacking, only revealed at checkout, which leaves room for improvement. During breakfast, we faced overcrowding on a busy Sunday morning, with long queues and limited table availability, though Monday morning was a much needed contrast. Lastly, the undetermined water temperature in the shower presented an inconvenience, detracting slightly from the overall comfort I expected from the hotel.
